3. Delivery Timelines & Liability
We guarantee to hand over consignments to the courier/postal service within the promised dispatch period (15–21 days or agreed delivery date).
We are not liable for delays caused by the courier company, postal authorities, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Delivery Address
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by you at the time of purchase.
